Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z with ongoing compliance and ethics requirements.
• Adaptive coaching skills used to develop and guide team members.
• Strong conflict resolution, accountability and influence to lead a banking team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch to meet goals while ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and train team members using independent judgement.
• Collaborate with partners (wealth, business banking, mortgage, payment services) to fulfill customer needs.
