This on-site role requires extensive customer interaction and oversight of loans, staff, and daily branch operations, with travel as needed. Compensation aligns with the salary range shown, along with benefits and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• On-site branch work is essential; working from home is not permitted.
• Regular travel, including overnight travel, is required.
• 1–2 years in financial services with customer interaction and staff management.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various states and federal regulators.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse settings.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth, profitability goals and objectives are met.
• Manages all loans including approval of customer loans and sales finance contracts within delegated authority for lending limits.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Develops and maintains Branch budget.
• Delegates daily assignments for solicitation of new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including recruiting, hiring, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures timely and efficient communication to all Branch employees.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
