• Top Performers with Present or Previous GILA Branch Management experience or Lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service Experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly and annual branch profit standards are met.
• Maintain operational standards by the 10th, 20th, and month end.
• Lead and train staff to follow company policies and procedures.
• Oversee 1 to 4 employees within the location.
• Manage customer relationships and drive retention of accounts.
• Oversee loan activity, collections, and expense control.
