Job summary

Sunset Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive branch objectives. You will mentor staff and coordinate with upper management to sustain performance.

Top performers with GILA Branch Management or lengthy GILA Assistant Management or Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with compensation including base salary plus monthly and annual bonuses and benefits.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• The Branch Manager is responsible to ensure that minimum required monthly and annual branch profit standards, expectations and objectives are consistently achieved each month and year.
• The Branch Manager is responsible to ensure that minimum required operational standards are achieved by the 10th, 20th, and month end consistently achieved each month and year.
• The Branch Manager is responsible to ensure that minimum required tax preparation objectives are consistently achieved each tax season.
• Provide leadership and training to staff to meet company standards and objectives.
• Manage daily branch activities, control assets, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
