Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the Tucson branch as the bank of choice in the local community.

The role emphasizes growth through new relationships and expanding existing ones, while ensuring branch operations run efficiently and in line with policy and regulatory requirements. This position also requires MLO duties with SAFE Act compliance and strong community involvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of banking experience, including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 3 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership and performance management.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and banking systems; able to operate cash handling and document processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associates; ensure appropriate staffing.
• Own branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio management and expense control.
• Achieve audit success through sound operational practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Retail and the bank to deliver client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, businesses and community partners.
