Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services with solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates delivering Breakthrough Client Service and drive community relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio, and expenses within guidelines.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer client solutions aligned with Retail strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, businesses, and local organizations.
