Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establish the branch as the community's bank of choice. You will drive growth by developing new relationships and expanding existing client relationships, while ensuring efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L responsibility, compliance with bank policies, and collaboration with Retail and other bank lines.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending.
• Requires 2 years of banking or retail management experience with team leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services; strong business acumen.
• MLO role with SAFE Act registration; notary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage performance of branch associates.
• Oversee branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio, and expenses.
• Maintain audit quality through sound operational practices.
• Collaborate with Retail and other bank lines to provide client solutions.
• Build strong relationships with consumers, businesses, and community partners.
