Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Vancouver, WA team on-site. You will drive growth by building new relationships and expanding existing client relationships while ensuring efficient, compliant branch operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail
• Proficiency with banking products and services, and compliance with laws including SAFE Act

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver Breakthrough Client Service.
• Manage branch P&L and growth targets; develop new and existing client relationships.
• Oversee branch operations, staffing, and compliance with regulations.
• Coach performance and development of staff; ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Retail and cross-functional leaders to provide client solutions.
