Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences onsite in Vancouver, WA. You will acquire new and expand existing relationships by asking questions, offering appropriate products, and referring clients to partners when needed.

You will originate consumer lending and some small business lending opportunities while maintaining strong client service and accuracy in cash handling and balance. The role emphasizes proactive problem resolution and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience required.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Open consumer and business accounts for clients.
• Originate consumer loans independently or with minimal assistance.
• Identify client needs and refer to internal partners as needed.
