Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering breakthrough client service and establishing the Vancouver, WA branch as the bank of choice in the local community.

You will drive growth by developing new relationships and expanding existing ones, while ensuring efficient branch operations and compliance with guidelines. This role requires MLO responsibilities for mortgage activities and active community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associate performance and development while managing branch staffing levels.
• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio, and expenses.
• Achieve satisfactory audit results through sound operational practices.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide client solutions aligned with Retail strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, public figures, businesses, and community organizations in the local area.
