Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Branch Leader in Warrington Township to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, drive performance through coaching, and lead business development across small business and affluent client segments. The role includes human capital management, risk/compliance, and cross-training to assist with teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include promoting Truist’s mission, partnering with IRM and Operations, and ensuring staffing and training standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or related training/experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development to deliver strong team and individual performance across Small Business, Mass Affluent, IRM partnerships.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client strategies; grow Mass Affluent via face-to-face appointments and outreach.
• Participate in civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business and build the Truist brand.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to fulfill Purpose, Mission and Values for client financial success.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures and risk management; promote One Team culture.
• Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions.
