Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of an assigned branch, drive performance, coach staff and develop new business. The role emphasizes Small Business growth, Mass Affluent and IRM partnerships.

The position requires leadership experience, strong communication skills, and adherence to risk management and internal controls. Cross-training to assist with teller duties may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill the Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business development and client strategies.
• Lead, coach and motivate teammates to fulfill branch objectives.
• Participate in civic and business groups to prospect and develop new business.
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls and risk management.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to promote One Team culture.
• Manage human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling and performance reviews.
