Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance, coaching staff, and growing business through Small Business and IRM partnerships. The role emphasizes compliance, risk management, and human capital decisions, including hiring and performance reviews, with cross-training to assist teller transactions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and NMLS background check.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch business development and performance through Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships.
• Grow branch revenue via Small Business and new client strategies; develop Mass Affluent through client appointments and outreach.
• Engage with civic and professional groups to prospect and develop new business and strengthen the Truist Brand.
• Lead and motivate branch team, manage performance, and coordinate with IRM and Operations for compliance and risk controls.
