Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a full-service Chase branch in Texas. You will drive deposits, investments, and client relationships while guiding a team to deliver exceptional service.

You will coach staff, manage operations, and uphold risk controls, ensuring a welcoming culture and superior client experience. Travel for training may be required; weekend/evening hours are possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong risk and control discipline and adherence to policies.
