Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, grow deposits and investments, and coach a team in a welcoming branch environment. You will drive results, model exceptional service, and uphold Chase’s values of integrity and client focus.

You will lead a culture of teamwork, leverage fintech solutions, and ensure strong risk controls. Availability for weekend/evening hours is required as part of branch responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing staff.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Ability to manage risk, ensure compliance, and uphold policies and controls.
• Experience guiding teams to achieve branch growth in deposits and investments.
• Flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
