Branch Manager Training Program

Job summary

Chase in Louisiana is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, grow deposits and investments, and deliver outstanding client service in a welcoming environment.

You will coach a team, manage risk, and build relationships with local businesses while embracing Chase's culture and commitment to innovation and integrity. This leadership role requires weekend/evening hours and completion of the Branch Manager Training Program.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership experience and the ability to set the tone in a busy branch.
• Demonstrated coaching skills and a track record of empowering employees to achieve results.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team with a clear vision and uphold our culture and values.
• Grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies.
• Understand and meet client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Coach and develop the team to maintain high performance and morale.
• Promote ongoing learning and development within the branch.
• Foster relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and community ties.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment through sound judgment and adherence to policies.
