Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
3 years: Previous experience as a Personal Banker or relevant position.
1 year: Previous experience in a leadership/coaching role.
1 year: Previous experience in outside sales within a financial institution.
1 year: Prior banking experience in a branch operations capacity.
