Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of branch sales experience.
• Experience with a variety of banking products.
• Experience with banking risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in financial performance (deposits loans, and non-interest income).
• Actively connect clients with the right team members to achieve growth targets and support sales initiatives.
• Coach and mentor branch staff and support partner sales initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional client engagement and education using available tools and systems.
• Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks and ensure policy compliance.
