Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Successful completion of the MIT program and minimum 6 months of applied MIT experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.
• Knowledge of/ability to learn products, services, policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner—driving performance and profitability.
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals and deposit growth.
• Manage branch operations, compliance, security, and expense control.
