Job summary

Truist in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch. You will drive performance by leading and coaching a team, oversee business development, and ensure adherence to internal controls and risk policies.

You will recruit and develop human capital, participate in community engagement, and collaborate with IRM and Operations to align with Truist’s Strategy and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
• Drive branch revenue through Small Business and related client strategies.
• Lead, coach and motivate branch teammates to achieve performance goals.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures and risk policies.
• Participate in community and professional groups to prospect and develop new business.
