Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3–5 years of experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial products and services; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to branch team and mentor staff to ensure quality service.
• Develop business through local market and meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, privacy, and risk controls.
• Foster community presence and handle customer relationships.
• Manage HR processes including interviewing, staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Participate in branch meetings and training to improve knowledge.
