Truist seeks a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance and development. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and business development in Small Business and Mass Affluent segments, with a focus on client relationships and community engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance, risk management, and execution of the Truist Code of Ethics, with strong emphasis on hiring, performance reviews, and workforce

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
• One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment and pass required background checks.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.
