PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Branch Manager for the Philadelphia, PA location. Lead a high-performing team, drive branch revenue through customer-centric, omni-channel experiences, and manage risk and compliance in a dynamic retail banking environment.

You will coach staff, build partnerships with community businesses, and deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No Degree required; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Notary Public eligibility may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance.
• Lead sales processes and ecosystem partnerships to grow revenue and loyalty.
• Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance in a complex environment.
• Develop the branch team through onboarding, coaching and performance management.
