Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Columbia, SC to lead a busy branch with focus on delivering exceptional service, growing deposits and investments, and overseeing daily operations. You will coach a team, implement branch strategy, and partner with specialists to meet clients’ financial needs.

You’ll promote a welcoming, inclusive culture, manage risk and controls, and engage with local businesses and the community while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements; NMLS registration required.
