• Develop customer relationships and provide solutions to needs.
• Manage personal bankers; coach reports and non-direct reports.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to business development.
• Ensure adherence to policies, security standards, and risk controls.
• Support training, schedule weekly staffing, and cover customer-facing needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team; participate in department projects.
