Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking environment.
• NMLS registration is required and background/credit checks are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch(es) to meet goals and ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Coach, develop, mentor and train team members; use independent judgment in duties.
• Identify financial resources for customers and provide direction and product recommendations.
• Promote U.S. Bank products and services through local market/community partnerships.
