OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to empower teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive community impact. You will build a customer-focused environment, present lending options, and model service excellence.

You will lead meetings, oversee training on operations, compliance and collections, coach in real time, recruit and develop talent, and ensure adherence to policies. This on-site role follows standard hours with occasional extended shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer focused environment, ensuring all lending options are presented and modeling service excellence.
• Conduct engaging meetings that motivate and align the team with branch goals.
• Manage training on branch operations, compliance and collections, providing real-time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities, consulting with customers on overdue accounts and developing mutually beneficial solutions.
• Attract and cultivate high quality, diverse talent to build a strong team aligned with OneMain values.
• Provide actionable feedback to support team growth and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Inspire high performance while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, using strategic thinking to adapt to challenges.
• Work closely with peers and management, remaining open to feedback and seeking growth.
