OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to empower teams in a customer‑focused environment and present all lending options with service excellence. You will coach, train, and align the branch with goals, oversee collections, and recruit top talent aligned with OneMain values.

The role requires driving performance while ensuring compliance and collaborating across management. The position features standard Monday–Friday hours, on-site work, and opportunities for leadership advancement

Competenze

• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.
• Preferred: underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience.
