Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a customer-focused team in an on-site branch. You will drive lending discussions, coach staff, and ensure service excellence while meeting branch goals.

You will also manage training on operations, compliance and collections, oversee recruiting, provide feedback, and help employees grow within a values-driven culture across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer-focused environment and present lending options.
• Lead and motivate the team with engaging meetings to align with branch goals.
• Oversee training on branch operations, compliance and collections, with real-time coaching.
• Oversee collections and develop mutually beneficial solutions.
• Attract and develop high-quality talent aligned with OneMain values and goals.
• Provide actionable feedback to support growth and continuous improvement.
