Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team in a Colorado branch. You will deliver exceptional client service, grow deposits and investments, and oversee operations while coaching staff for success.

Qualifications

Proven coaching ability to grow and develop branch teams.

Decision-making and problem-solving to navigate challenges.
Experience maintaining risk and control within policies.
Ability to teach and connect staff with technology and solutions.
2+ years in management or retail banking leadership; weekend/evening hours.

Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
