OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a on-site team in a community-focused environment. The role drives customer lending options, coaching, and performance to meet branch goals.

You will conduct team meetings, oversee training on operations and compliance, and manage collections while fostering a culture of growth and inclusion. A strong leadership track record and drive to excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team (on-site branch)
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required
• College degree or underwriting/credit decision experience preferred
