Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a customer-focused team in a local branch. You will coach staff to achieve financial goals, present all lending options, and drive performance while ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Travel for business development is required.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, a strong sales record, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses within six months. A college degree or relevant underwriting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required and leadership experience a must.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.
• College degree or underwriting/financial industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent, customer-focused branch environment with full product options for review.
• Coach and develop team to meet financial goals responsibly.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of diverse talent.
• Drive branch performance while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
