OneMain is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a customer-focused team at a local on-site location. You will drive service excellence, present lending options, and conduct engaging meetings to align the team with branch goals.

You will oversee training on operations and compliance, coach staff in collections, recruit diverse talent, provide actionable feedback, and ensure policies are followed. The role offers incentives and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.
• College degree or underwriting/credit decision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer focused environment and present lending options.
