Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC seeks a branch leader to own the P&L for a Nashville-area NETA testing and maintenance branch. You will drive growth, manage finances, safety, and customer relationships, while coordinating with sister branches on large projects.

The ideal candidate holds a NETA Level III/IV cert, has 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory experience, and is willing to travel up to 50%. Base salary is $125K–$160K with up to 15% bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing/maintenance with supervisory leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs; coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes; grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel up to 50%.
