Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks a branch leader near Nashville to own P&L, growth, safety, and client relationships. You will lead a NETA testing and maintenance branch, schedule field techs, quote jobs, and coach staff while ensuring quality and safety.

Travel up to 50% and responsibility for profitability, personnel, and customer accounts. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, NETA Level III/IV certification, and 5+ years in electrical testing with leadership.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III/IV certification required.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs; coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%
