The Recruiting Hive in the Nashville area seeks a branch leader responsible for full P&L, growth and safety for a NETA testing and maintenance unit outside Nashville. You will own its profitability, safety standards and customer relationships.

You will hire and coach field techs, schedule large jobs, build quotes and manage key accounts, with travel up to 50% to support customers and project needs.

Formación

• Must have NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech background.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, emergencies, and travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel up to 50%.
