CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, grow the branch, and manage safety and customer relationships. You will schedule and develop a team of field techs, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, and walk jobs to build quotes and grow key accounts.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with leadership experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel up to 50% and flexible hours are expected.

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, coordinating large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel up to 50%.
