Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, drive growth, and safeguard safety and customer relationships. You will shape profitability and lead the team with hands-on oversight.

Responsibilities include scheduling and developing field techs, reviewing quotes, coordinating large jobs with sister branches, building key accounts, and mentoring teams. The ideal candidate brings NETA Level III or IV certification and a proven track record in electrical testing leadership.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%.
