Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a branch leader to manage a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville. You will own its growth, profit, safety and customer relationships.

You'll schedule and develop a team of field technicians, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, review quotes, and drive key accounts while maintaining quality and safety standards. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifikationen

• NETA Level III or IV certification and hands-on field tech experience.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance with supervisory or branch leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%
