Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations and execute the branch strategy. You will work with the Branch Manager to maximize profitability, train associates, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include inventory control, safety compliance, and delivering excellent service at the counter or on the road. Candidates should have relevant experience and a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and branch operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems (Solar Eclipse) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and drive profitability using digital tools.
• Develop, train, and supervise associates; address personnel issues.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and assist walk-in customers with selections and delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, warehouse housekeeping, and safety standards; monitor branch expenses.
