The role emphasizes sales expansion, customer retention, and leadership across Sales, DC management, Drivers, and operations staff. Responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, safety, inventory, training, budgeting, and acting as a liaison with corporate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years in sales, preferably in insulation or building materials.
• Ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Grow IDI sales profitably with focus on top and bottom line.
• Retain current customers while developing new ones for profitable growth.
• Oversee branch operations, safety, inventories, turnover, and retention.
• Develop and mentor branch staff including Sales, DC Manager, Drivers.
• Ensure safety protocols and corporate directives are followed.
• Forecast sales and manage monthly P&L with Regional Director.
• Train staff and supervise DC Manager and Sales Representatives.
• Manage branch inventory, counts, and dead inventory reduction.
• Liaise between branch and corporate office and execute directives.
• Maintain branch health and perform additional beneficial duties.
