Ideal candidates have 4+ years in banking, retail branch experience, and leadership capabilities. This position involves on-site work with occasional events and community outreach as part of the branch launch.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in banking/financial services.
• 1 year retail branch experience within a financial institution.
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred.
• 1 year consumer lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrates Westerra Experience into daily branch activities, building relationships and driving sales.
• Drives a high-performance culture with data-informed goals and budgeting.
• Meets/exceeds monthly sales goals while delivering stellar service and member experience.
• Coaches staff on member interactions and service behaviors to support member success.
• Oversees branch operations including scheduling, security, cash handling, and audits.
• Educates members and staff on digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Represents Westerra at community events and ensures regulatory compliance.
