Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Platt team in Merced, CA. You will oversee branch profitability, safety, inventory, and personnel, while delivering strong customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include driving sales growth, implementing strategic plans, and coordinating with partners to meet corporate goals. Prior experience in electrical distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required if deliveries.
• Must be at least 21 years old; clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by leveraging digital tools to maximize branch performance.
• Lead, motivate, train, and coach branch personnel.
• Ensure branch staff have tools to achieve sales potential.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income, assets, and budgets.
