Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.
• College degree or underwriting/credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a customer focused environment, ensuring all lending options are presented.
• Conduct engaging meetings that motivate and align the team with branch goals.
• Manage training on branch operations, compliance and collections, providing real time coaching.
• Oversee collection activities, consulting with customers on overdue accounts and developing solutions.
• Attract and cultivate high quality, diverse talent to build a strong team.
• Provide actionable feedback to support team growth and promote continuous improvement.
• Inspire high performance while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing strategic thinking to adapt to challenges.
• Work closely with peers and management, remaining open to feedback and seeking growth repeatedly.
