Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase branch with a focus on delivering outstanding service, growing deposits and investments, and coaching a high-performing team.

You will cultivate a welcoming environment, uphold risk controls, and leverage technology to provide modern banking solutions while partnering with local businesses and community organizations to expand the branch presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience to develop branch teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work weekend and evening hours.
• Understanding of risk and control environment and adherence to policies.
• Experience with using technology to enhance client service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.

• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
