Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to lead a welcoming, service-first branch and coach a team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will drive deposits and investments growth, manage daily operations, and uphold strong risk controls while representing the brand with hospitality and financial solutions.

The role requires proven leadership, ability to coordinate across teams, and a commitment to community engagement and ongoing development. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Experience growing deposits and investments and managing branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase's culture and values.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment and adhering to policies.
