Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Houston branch, delivering exceptional client and employee experiences. You will drive deposits, investments, and operations while coaching the team to achieve results.

This role requires a strong focus on risk management, adherence to policy, and the ability to connect customers with innovative banking solutions. You will manage hours including weekends/evenings; a high school diploma is required, with college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch teams and delivering results.
• Proven track record coaching and empowering employees to grow.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid decision-making skills and adherence to policies.
• Ability to educate and connect teams with technology.
• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
