• Proficient with MS Office and banking software; able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret market and brand strategies with the team to make the branch a hub of activity.
• Coach staff, set performance and development goals, and evaluate progress regularly.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, customer service, and risk/compliance.
• Interact with high-net-worth clients and coordinate with specialists for service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulatory requirements; implement audit recommendations.
• Represent Bank of Hawaii in the community and encourage staff participation.
