Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead daily branch operations, including service, maintenance, Inside Sales, logistics, and P/L responsibilities.

The role emphasizes hiring, developing, and empowering staff to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of leadership and sales experience in construction rental or a related industry, with a focus on maintaining safety and high service standards.

• 3–5 years leadership and sales experience in construction rental or similar industry.
• Ability to hire, develop and empower staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all branch operations including service, maintenance, Inside Sales, transportation & logistics, P/L and employee-related items (payroll scheduling, performance evaluations).
• Prepare yearly business plans with the District and Regional Management Teams, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization, and overall branch growth.
• Conduct monthly branch and safety meetings.
• Maintain company standards with the facility, equipment and delivery fleet; ensure cleanliness and appearance of workspaces.
• Monitor safety and environmental compliance; maintain all records and documentation.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
