Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or social services with 3 years of management in a Boys & Girls Club OR 5 years in a youth-serving org.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Certifications: Valid State Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certification (or ability to obtain), State Licensed Director’s Credentials (preferred), Tier 1 BGCA Certified Trainer (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily branch operations with a focus on outcomes.
• Supervises and trains staff and handles personnel issues.
• Manages facility, budget, and community relations.
• Works with volunteers and youth participation, recruiting and training.
• Represents the Club in the community and supports program delivery.
• Ensures compliance with The Salvation Army mission and standards.
